Gallery specializing in pottery and clay figurines "JOMON"
In order to feel the heartbeat of 10,000 years, how about lighting a candle on a Jomon flame pottery and staring at the light and feeling the eternal world?
Niigata Prefecture is the hometown of flame pottery. Even now, there are many discoveries every day, and there are news that overturn the common sense of Jomon until a few years ago.
Jomon culture will become a World Heritage Site in 2021, and the Jomon Gallery "JOMON" opened in March 2019.
Making Jomon culture more accessible and accessible
From April 2022, we have reviewed all of our products, and are focusing on creating realistic but small and cute products under the theme of "more fun, more familiar, and more affordable...".
Although it is small and affordable, the contents are handmade by reproducing the 3D data of real flame pottery and clay figurines.
We would like to deliver it to everyone so that they can feel the Jomon culture more closely.
Rental for events, requests for lectures are also being accepted
The large flame earthenware and life-size flame earthenware on display are available for rent as event rental items.
In addition, as an advisor for Jomon events, I will provide easy-to-understand content such as "Jomon story" and "Surprise! Peaceful 10,000 years. Jomon period".
